A well-fitting and light running vest. There is a size even for a runner with a lower chest, without the vest being too big in terms of height. Side zipper pockets are a big plus!

Once the right size was found (see comment below), this running / drinking vest feels really good on top and those big front pockets and bottles / design designed for women look good. Admittedly, the whistles are pretty long, so it would be nice to know how they could (or could) be shortened a bit so that they didn’t go through the face when running. :-) The size dimension was indeed a bit confusing, as in previous Salomon drinking / running vests the unisex size XXS (which has proven to be suitable) was far too small for this model. The challenge was posed by armpit openings, which are significantly smaller in this model than in previous models. So you might want to consider a gun or even two larger sizes (in the end, the S size was best for you - otherwise your armpits would have rubbed open when running probably). There is so much room for adjustment in the backpack that even that bigger size was still firmly attached, and it didn't go too long on the back (even for a short back). Another small weakness is how those side pockets are sewn closed. They are sewn onto that black mesh fabric, so at least one half of the stitches themselves were torn right away with the first fit. Of course, this was easy to fix. With the sewing machine, I sewed the corresponding part half an inch higher, so that the stitch was made into that stronger fabric. A big plus for VarusteNet is the really helpful customer service when I had to find out that size and change the product.

Really well-fitting. The fabric is soft and pleasant to the touch. It matches its size well and it is easy to choose your own size from the table. The layout of the pockets is good and the zippers work reliably. I also carried a thermos on my back on the jog, and it didn’t loosen at all. Although there is no actual pocket for the theme bottle in the vest.
