A good saw for the backpack to wait for the need.

A manual chainsaw in your gear bag that comes with a fitting carrying pouch too. After cutting through several logs it is still sharp and doing its job. Just make sure to wear heavy duty gloves when sawing, as the handles material is seemingly bomb-proof and could rip through soft gloves easily! You would expect nothing less than that from Savotta.

Very solid and comfortable to use, fits easily in any luggage (I carry it with me on motorbike's enduro rides, in case I need to free up the path), and pretty inexpensive for that quality!

I bought this as a backup. Although the place was found in the car for now, because if there is a gust of wind and a tree falls on the road, you have to get past it somehow. And if you can't exceed or under it, you have to go through! I have tested that saw at scout camps many times and it is a top product! Good hand loops that give you a firm grip. And a suitably toothed chain that gently sinks into the wood. Although, I recommend a round file for the saw chain as an accessory, because a sharp chain works better than a dull one. And you should learn the filing technique online, for example, before you start filing for the first time.

Works well for sawing wood. The use causes the heart rate to rise, ie it is not suitable for the frail. At least if you saw logs over your wrist with strong logs.

Compact and useful

Is lighter then normal saw but cut significantly slower. Cutting anything perpendicular to the ground + lower than your arms height will be a real pain. Cutting something while holding it with your feet the ground is ok. Good for occasional use. If you have lots of wood to cut you will not like this.

The pocket saw is light in a bag or belt, works in use. It may occasionally get stuck at the sawing point, but in this case the branch to be sawn is usually awkwardly set.

Chainsaw chain piece with handles. When you get to the rhythm, you become a spider.

The saw performed better then expected. It takes some time to get the hang of it, but it works really well. In combination with a folding saw you have a nice wood processing setup.
