Good shoes.

Excellent quality hiking boots. I chose these because they are resolable. With good treatment they will last a long time. I took 1 size larger than my usual shoe size. TheY are not very wide. The toe box is just wide enough (I walk on barefoot shoes most of the year). They are not as wide as some Meindls with ComfortFit sole. The support is sturdy. These shoes do require some breaking in. Dampening is very good.

So far, the shoes have been good in use both off-road and on smoother surfaces. We hope that they will withstand hard use like the previous hiking boots for about 7-8 years.

Already the 4th time I bought these shoes. Always a save option for me. Tested them for 4 days with almost 80 Kms. Without blisters or other surprises. Worth their money! Correct delivery service.

Good shoes, but both shoes had an inner seam left unfinished at the factory and the seams opened after the first 10km walk in. The warranty process was a model of "send it to Hanwag and see", so it didn't help but to take it to the cobbler so that you could go on the hiking trip as planned. I'm used to the higher maihars and will probably go back to them with the next pair. The height difference in the stem is significant when crossing, for example, a swamp. But of course the mobility is better in this lower position.

The shoes are exactly as I expected, wide last, sturdy and durable. The correct size was easy to find out from the size chart by measuring your own foot (+0.5cm "swelling/sock allowance). I recommend it, having just returned from a week's hiking in Lapland.

I can't think of anything negative about this shoe. I walk to work and wear out a pair of hiking boots. I hope these will last two years of professional use. Suitably sturdy frame and base. The bands tighten very well thanks to the balls. The shoe is well shaped and the heel does not rise at all.

The previous popos were the same, so what's the point in changing them to another one. The old ones are still used in geocaching. I bought new ones because after 4 years of use the gore film started to leak. Although it also requires 2-3 days of walking in wet terrain/rain, but old people don't feel like going on a week's hike anymore.

Ten short acclimatization walks in the Urban Area and then one forest hike before the first 14 km Run in Helvetinjärvi. No problems, e.g. in terms of rubbing, good support when walking over rhizomes and stones and the legs didn't get tired. Comfortable boots already on the first hike, normally have size 42, but as usual with hiking boots, it is good to go up one size especially if you do not have the opportunity to try in a store, 43 fits me perfectly.

Well so far these have been great boots. I expected some blisters while breaking them in, however these have been that comfortable from the beginning there have been none. I am also very happy with the shoes of the boots and thier grip while crossing rivers and climbing rocky faces. I would buy these again!

Absolutely excellent hiking boots. Now acquired third. The first were on foot about 1000 km, six long hikes. Then the membrane of the other shoe began to leak a little. Others were filmless. Despite the good maintenance, it must be said that in these the feet do get wet soaked in the rain, even in the rain. But this, that is, with / without membranes, seems to be such a matter of taste. So now acquired membranes. Hanwags sit on their feet like knocked. I haven’t walked any “drives in”, embarked directly on a trip with new shoes. No abrasions. I once tried on shoes with an insole. At least for my own leg model, they didn’t fit. The foot rises so high in the shoe that the heel no longer sits snugly and begins to rub a little. I haven't just tried other shoe brands, so I can't make a comparison, but "I'm not giving up on Hanwag."

Premium boot that fits my slightly wider foot, a little hard, which made it take time to "go in". Normally size 42 1/2 but here size 43 fit perfectly.

Really good on foot. The wide model has room for toes. The only minnus comes from slippery straps, don’t really stick, needs a double bow.

They sat well on their own feet without running in. After a few approx. 5km journey, there have been no blisters, not even in challenging terrain. While moving in the woods, I would have noticed that the rubber cover would also be in place on the sides of the shoes. That's a little minus.

I put it on my new foot on an alpine hike (80km up and down) with no problems with my feet. So it sits really well. Alpine locks sometimes get stuck unnecessarily, you have to pull them open with your fingernails. The rubber part protecting against the stones should be on the longer side. Now there were a few bigger scratches on the skin as the stones were filming.
