The target was tested from bright daylight to dark and the backpack appears very bright against a dark background and even on a light background the response is good enough to be usable, only when aiming directly at the sun the target pattern disappears. Sticking a target in a recoil is still a question mark, it has already left once. The sight comes with loose clips between the sight and the mounting screw, these should first be glued to the sight before installation. The mounting screws appear to be susceptible to rust.

An otherwise functional device, i.e., helps the right-handed shooter, with the left eye dominating, but the attachment of the sight is, frankly, fucked up. My shotgun has an 8.5 mm ventilated rail on which the target does not fit firmly. The included mounting wedges do not do what they should. In addition, the mounting wedges are so soft stuff that they are easily bent into shapeless, even if the target is tightened with a hand game. Installation instructions are also non-existent.
