High-quality and roomy bag for tough use even in wet conditions. Surprisingly comfortable to carry and inside there are a couple of handy little zippered pockets and a tightening strap that makes closing the bag easier. The fastenings of the ends are quite stiff, but they won't open accidentally.

I already have another Ortlieb big duffel. Primarily used when sailing, the cabin stays 100% dry even if the interior gets a little damp in rough weather. This can fit everything you need, for example, to spin a ball. The bag itself can fit sailing gore-tex and boots, vests, shoes, a couple of layers, a change of clothes for the sea and the beach, a towel, a few books, etc. Portability absolutely full 7/10, the shoulder straps could be wider and a little padded considering the load capacity of the bag. Vetskar's gluing lasts for 10 years of hard use. If you really need a waterproof duffel, HLS doesn't get any better than this.

Stiff wench, but for a reason. A sturdy but light and roomy bag. It can be carried on the back even when heavy.

I'm very happy with the duffle bag. I have managed to add the clothes and gears for a whole month fieldwork trip. I can recommend it especially for train trips. The bag - even though it's quite big is flexible and fits also quite well to different luggage compartment sizes. In the wilderness all my stuff stay dry and fresh in the bag - also when it got really wet and dirty on the outside. The only negative thing about it is that the carrying comfort is not the greatest (when you carry it on your back with a heavy load). But it's manageable (25kg was until now my heaviest load and it was fine to carry while traveling).

Bought as a replacement for a traditional "iippo bag". Great gig bag. Keeps well in the pouring water on the ATV and with a little wiping all the dirt and grime leaves and can take the bag again for the next trip to the urban environment. Spacious enough that all items can be easily carried without pounding. If necessary, it also goes ok on your back.
