The stove is quick to set up - all you have to do is attach legs and plug pipes into each other. However, one part of the pipe cannot be used at the moment because it has slipped apart at the connection point. There is no soldered seam, but 2 folds that are inserted lengthwise into each other. With a bit of skill it can certainly be put back together again. I haven't had the necessary patience until now... :-( The heat can be easily regulated through the ash box. Our little stove has generated an air temperature of between 60 - 80° in the tent (at a height of approx. 1.65 m). It's glowing at 70° the bottom stove pipes and the top outside (lattice pipe). The material is just a bit thinner than that of a workshop stove. We have used it for 2 sauna sessions so far, so we cannot say too much about its durability. After the winter half-year, the sauna tent will be used again dismantled (it is covered with a tarpaulin when not in use) and then we look under the sauna stones...

The wood stove is robust, its iron composition allows better thermal conduction than those made of stainless steel. I advise to take 40 kilos of sauna stone to be able to fill the 2 racks and cover the top well. The design is perfect, the 2 racks and the 7 segments of the fireplace fit inside during storage. It heats up hard and fast. Very good material.

Solid stove, works really well. I have ordered a tent stove from Amazon in the past, but that was a piece of crap. Smoke came in, chimney pipe was too narrow and the overall experience was 💩 This is a really good stove, easy to set up, not too heavy and can generate proper heat for the sauna. I definitely would recommend, great value for your money.

We are renting and wanted to have a sauna and found the cost to much for us at this point. The sauna tent means we can put it up in the backyard and have a sauna and then pack it up when finished. Easy to use, works like a dream and we get a sauna experience for a family of four without having to have a more permanent structure. Love it and are so happy we decided to get this as we can move and it is simple to take with us.

Absolutly love it. I was experimenting with a lot of different styles of outdoorsauna stoves. Plain fire, hot stones, fancy super light tent stoves but this one is the best option for me. It s simple and honest and with the 18.5 kg still quite well transportable.

I can only recommend! I ordered the oven here because it was not available in 🇩🇪. Delivery approx. 1 week despite Corona, very high praise 👍. Quality very good👌 I run the sauna heater in a 6 m3 hut, which works extremely well. Now I can finally take a sauna again and don't have to wait until a public sauna opens its doors again at some point. Thank you very much 😊

The furnace has a simple structure and is welded together from steel. It fulfills its purpose first class. A lot of wood fits into the combustion chamber, and the combustion is very clean and quick. The (subsequently insulated) sauna tent is up to temperature within 30 minutes. The regulation takes place via the ash flap. The chimney with a diameter of 100 mm protrudes approx. A spark sieve is included, but there are still many sparks flying.

Great game! Sturdy deed, parts fit well in place. Thermal power at least sufficient, usability considerably better than in the old bowls of the Defense Forces. Weld seams rust in use with wet coils. Steel brush and preservative oils surface after use so this is forever.

Two of the legs were cut in away that made them impossible to get the pin through to secure them. Have emailed about this but awaiting a response! Other than that it's a great bit of kit.

Easy to put together and use. Heats up fast. One of the pins to lock the leg in to place dit not fit because of a hole that is in the wrong place. The surface is allready starting to rust.

great use of the stove. cant seem to fix the last pieve of the long part inside the stove and also it rusts in no time. and gets bended from the heat. but it still functions well.

The tent stove is crudely welded, needlessly heavy, made of a poor quality stainless steel sheet, has a needlessly heavy leg design yet flimsy feeling, rusts easily and began to cave in after a couple uses in a sauna set with only a couple stones on top while being unreasonably expensive when compared to much better stove designs. The worst part of the whole design is that the stove can frequently spark and leave holes in the roof of the excellent tent that is the Hiisi 4. It is recommended to use hardwoods to prevent this. I have taken their advice and have been using nothing but dried ash and birch from my property and I still have experienced several sparks that have left holes in my tent roof. If it continues, the tent will be nothing but holes in the roof after a couple of years. Typically Savotta products are heavier, but the trade off is that they are well made, reliable and rugged. Here there is no trade off. The stove is poorly designed and will likely not last long. The port where the wood is added is warping, the top is caving in and the rust litters the whole stove. If this continues I expect the product to be in very bad shape after a couple years of regular use (despite the fact that I have used this stove less than 10 times so far). It currently works for sauna, but it is wearing quickly and damages the Hiisi 4 tent. The worst part is that Savotta must be somewhat aware of this as they add a disclaimer on their site indicating that the holes in the roof are normal and that they are not covered under warranty while at the same time not including a patch kit. Savotta should redesign the stove, stove pipe and accompanying rack while keeping the excellent tent. This is not typical of their design philosophy. Despite being upset with the product, my experience with Varuste.net was good.

The little stove doesn't need a lot of wood and heats the tent very quickly.

I'm disappointed that the side parts (holders for stones on the right and left of the stove) were not included in the scope of delivery. Could these be reordered? An optional water tank for right and left with a tap would also be very practical for warm water for washing hands and for tea water / dishwashing water. Workmanship is very good and everything is very practical. I will enjoy it for a long time because the metal wall is also very strong.

Simple and durable fireplace. High quality and certainly lasts a long time. When you tie a short piece of iron wire to the ring of the hatch, it is easier to add trees without a glove or a stick. All parts are packed in a small package inside the stove all the way to the stone gratings.

Stove is great, serious heat, large length for longer logs, chimney extends up over tent easily enough, would recommend putting numbers on chimney parts as they connect only in a certain order so don't mix when first removing from stove and setting up to save some time.

Great product! Easy to fire, good heat output. Looks robust and durable. Little smoke development with seasoned wood. Before using it for the first time, heat it outside the tent so that the preservation layer is burned out. Operated the stove in the big tent for two weeks this October and it was beautiful. The only small drawback is the formation of rust on the stove pipe when it rains, some kind of rust protection would be optimal here.

The package arrived at the Post Office in two days and the contents intact. The stove itself is as described, even slightly better in finish than in the picture on varuste.net, which means that the welds are a bit better. The welds are still not master level, but good enough yes. The sides and corners are straight and the joints are tight. Savotta has been made of a rather heavy item as a camping fireplace, and that's good. The weight of the fireplace tells about the quality, but on the other hand, there is quite a lot of portable dead weight here. If you mean a deck fireplace in your backpack, look for a lighter model. For me, the sturdy structure was a crucial advantage because I have the fireplace come in a fixed installation as a heat source for a small batch house. The legs are slightly swaying, yet functional and sturdy enough for their intended purpose. The firebox door sits well and fulfills its function. The ashtray is a little loose, but OK too. The grate seems to be the same stuff as the rest of the stove - it looks sturdy enough but you shouldn’t let the ashtray fill. Judging from the dark color, the hob of the fireplace has been treated with some refractory material, otherwise the surface of the fireplace and silicon is galvanized. There was already a slight onset of rusting at the folds in the parts of the beam. Personally, after the first firing, I’m going to treat the stove with stove black or graphite paste. The pieces of whiskey are also reasonably sturdy stuff, but not a single piece just went into place from that, but assembling requires a little violence and a little tools. The snippets can be put in place and I think a snug fit is just an advantage, but it's a good idea to do a test adjustment at home before the first outdoor gig (you don't have to do it with, for example, cumbersome fingers in the middle of a snowy snow and frost). All in all, this stove is of typical military quality - the finish may not be quite the last, but the unit is sturdy and does its job. So that's exactly what I was expecting. The price / quality ratio is right for this device. I haven’t been able to do the test firing yet, but judging by other estimates, I don’t expect any problems.

With the horns exercising, the ends of the two pipes ripped from their joints. Required compression and shaping with pliers. It is advisable to put a plywood board or pieces of board, etc. under the legs of the stove. The "feet" should be larger.
You can get better power and steam from the stove with a smaller amount of wood when you make, for example, a brushed steel basket around the chimney where you store the stones inside.

A little saying in the finishing of the stove. A 3-4mm through hole at the base of the leg bracket welding, from which you can see inside the fireplace. Can be used with a weld. The legs did not go into place because the positions of the legs in the fireplace were lumped. Probably gone in transit.

Fantastic stove, very efficient. Fitted in a wooden cabin, it is easy to light and use. Does not need much wood. I added some bricks on the sides to store the heat. The flat top means we can cook on it as well. Extremely happy with this stove, I highly recommend it!!
