In the cooking experiments, the winning method was found in which a spoonful of water was carefully mixed into the bag (opening the corners of the bag) and after standing for a while, the mixture was poured onto a HOT (greased) pan to fry. In this way, the omelette could be flipped over and the taste was better than in other solutions, such as frying in a cold pan, where the structure could not stay together and the taste suffered.
