— Show originalEasily worn plastic quality or large tolerances allowed. The problem was already on the first 5 dives that the entire compass base rotates when you adjust the upper disc in the desired direction. By disassembling and reassembling, maybe a better friction surface hit the compass base, and it no longer rotates.
