This is one of my most worn clothes. The previous one is already approx. 12 years old, and would otherwise still be completely usable, but the puppy has made several holes in it, so I bought a new one already, although I still use the old one for going out and doing everyday activities (until the puppy grows up :) So my assessment is based on the old one, which, however, is virtually identical to this new one, so luckily the model has not been changed in any way. This shirt is used when going out from autumn to spring, except for sweaty exercise, and also in the summer sometimes on cool evenings or on the water. It's light but warm, without being at all bulky. (The same manufacturer's thickness 400 model is clearly warmer and is actually better suited for cold weather and being around than as a general shirt for all kinds of activities.) It gets a little wrinkled over the years, but the usability is great. In the early years, I sometimes also considered it a part of casual dressing at work, even though by definition it is probably an "undershirt". However, it looks quite neutral. It is also the only one of my merino wool clothes where the armpits never really start to smell of sweat, which means that it needs to be washed extremely rarely. Absolutely great product, 5+ stars!

I tested and researched for a long time the most general-purpose merino wool shirt that would be ethical and ecological, have a long life cycle and look reasonable. Weight, price and packability are also important. It has to work as a base, intermediate, outerwear for light trips, in a cabin, cycling, winter outdoor activities and in the office. Production preferably in Finland or nearby. This was selected as a brand used by the defense forces and because the pants of the same outfit are already in the closet. The former ullefrotte, if I understood correctly, still wears out quickly into a "teddy suit" in use, but at the same time the warmth and comfort increases. Svala of Finland, Aclima, Shelby Outdoors, Tamsilk, etc. are worth checking out if you are looking for a product with the same criteria. One star away from scuffing, I don't dare to wear it as a top at work anymore.

I've been buying Woolpower sweaters and cardigans for over a decade, they accompany me all over the world. The quality is still the same: top!

Warm comfortable. Nice and long back which really helps keep your warmth in . I personally prefer the old pine green colour as the new color is a bit too military looking.

I have used it more as a second coat than a first. I love it, too bad the hooks with the branches that have jumped some thread but without breaking it. Recommend another garment on top to avoid it.

Now after 9yrs of active use I can come here to comment that very durable material and well sewn. It has been on climbing, downhill skiing and hiking, and it only lasts. Lightweight, flexible and warm.

The weight is wonderfully light and does trap heat. I wear several thin layers of merino wool and it is very effective while hiking. I love that it’s length covers my backside, unfortunately several threads on the inside got caught on a zipper on my leggings which I no longer wear with it.

Uses this undershirt almost daily during the winter. Wool terry 'is very comfortable to wear closest to the body, you are always dry against the skin. The only downside is that it gets bumpy over time, but that does not affect the function.

I never leave him. Incredibly comfortable, incredibly pleasant, soft and warm. Evacuates sweat to the outside and therefore stays clean. Very effective in cold weather, provides great well-being. I often wear it directly under the down jacket opened in negative temperature. I also wear it in town in mild weather. The zip is practical and comfortable. The finishes are perfect. This is a familiar and excellent Ullfrottee / Woolpower quality. Comfortable on site for slow-paced exercise or camping. Also works great as a second layer for long dives between the mesh layer and the actual thermal layer. You never really have to wash these, wool works great in this respect as well.

Already the third similar sweater I ordered. This garment has been on me almost since I first received it as a gift. A cooler sweater when needed, and always worn at other times on weekdays. No sweat, it's always warm even when wet. Pleasant on the skin. Good! The woolen garment is somewhat fluffy, but it can hardly be prevented.
