Works great for running, nordic skiing and bike riding. You'll have plenty of room for energy gels, bike tools, keys, you name it. Storage volume is 2.5 liters plus 1.5 liter reservoir. QuickLink drink hose has magnetic attachment to secure it while not in use and you can take it from left or right side, what ever suits your use. There's also reflective details to keep you seen in dark.
