— Show originalA great backpack with an "inside" zipper. Water resistance is guaranteed, but in cycling use, the fraying of the cords slightly limits usability. The awesome whole was ruined by the missing fasteners for the leftovet adjustment cords, which slapped on the thighs-cheeks-stomach while cycling. A double-sided adhesive tape found in an online store solved the problem. Such things should be standard in a backpack like this, even for the price. You can find these velcro straps on the front fastening straps on the back side. Who can even say they enjoy loose, hanging, tangling adjustment straps?
Despite the previous rambling, a great ensemble that surprised with its size. The previous backpack was 35 l and I wondered for a long time whether that 25 is enough, but the adjustability of the size was a positive surprise and the things I carried when commuting fit perfectly, including my laptop and clothes.

Has enough room for larger items but compact enough to not be bulky, great frame straps and waistband, super comfortable. The waterproof TZIP is the star of the show it’s positioned for easy access and protected against your back and obviously 100% waterproof.

Did we mention the we love these packs? Think of them as dry duffel bags with a great comfortable and adjustable harness, plenty of attachment points, a big storage compartment and a solid zipper. The bonus hydration system, helmet kit and attachment pack just add more usability and features. Some people have complained about the lack of inner organization compartments and while I can see how this is a problem for some, we pack with cubes and stuff/compression sacks which eliminates the issue for us. Haven't had a lot of time to use them, but a bike/hike over night tent trip and a three day paddle later we're sold. This bag we fit perfectly in the stern storage compartment on an Stellar S18S G2 with ease. If it stands up to a dunking in the lake like it's bigger brother did it'll be the perfect little companion. So happy to have found Varuste who could ship to Canada with ease and speed.
