I have also owned the predecessor, the second PP, and it was like a wooden shoe compared to this one. This is lighter, more flexible and feels much more nimble. I took the same size as in all Addu shoes. Even a smaller one would probably have been ok if I wanted it really tight. Don't buy a bigger one, even if someone says so.

I've previously tried my friend Adidas Power Perfect III and loved them. When the Powerlift 4 came out I grabbed a pair thinking they would be the same but they were a poor upgrade. Narrow toe box and felt less sturdy. This could be felt at the bottom of a squat with the firm structure lacking, your foot would internally rotate slightly. Initially I thought it was maybe me but 2 others tried the shoe for comparison and found the same issue. Get the Power Perfect 3 as they are a far better shoe.
