An excellent belt bag for many activities. Tested on a mountain bike ride with 1.5 liters of water and snacks. The bag stayed in place without any problems. The only downside at the beginning was figuring out how to open the bladder, because the sides of the filling mouth were so tightly together that it came apart a little while pulling, but it worked.

A valid belt bag for filling. I get hung up so stiffly that I haven’t experienced bouncing or moving disturbingly even when full, regardless of the terrain. The only downside is actually the volume for the rest of the stuff with the bladder full, in which case the bag is really cramped, but this was a compromise that was already known at the time of purchase.

A belt bag where many others like it, i.e. their own challenges, are with the "bouncing" of the belt in technical terrain. Gravel is a good fit. The bladder that comes with it is, in my opinion, a bad system, as it fills the trunk of the bag unnecessarily when it is full of water. I would leave the bladders as a system for use with backpacks. Works better with bottles, as they also have side pockets here. I started using this from the bottom of the Osprey with flat belt bag bottles, leaving room for the camels as well. The belt should have a wider contact surface for the Velcro so that the belt stays properly straight at the front. Now the protruding part of the belt gradually folds at an angle, which reduces the comfort of use.
