A good 100km behind with these and better all the time. There's no need to dodge the males and chip away at the rocks. The soles have incredible grip, the others handle wet rock, so with these you can talisman straight past. Of course, then the sole might wear out faster than harder rubbers. After a long day, it dries out in the morning a little colder, when there are no moisture-absorbing linings, etc. fabrics. Always wear double socks and from time to time add wax to the surface and it will be good.

The shoes themselves required nearly 50 km of running in before the shoes took shape on my feet, but now they fit perfectly.
I have used these in summer heat and winter frost. Works well! Even in winter, my feet have never been frozen when I'm wearing a hiking sock and a wool sock.
Even in summer, you should always put two socks on top of each other when wearing these shoes. So don't buy too small!

The best shoes ever. When your own mass is three-digit, you will appreciate shoes with sufficient rigidity. In addition, the water resistance is impressive, even if the shoes are without membranes, so the socks are not wet even if the water has risen to the toes.
Should you try to hold the straps at different heights, helped yourself to soften the stems, for some reason the soles of the right foot feel the stem more sensitively?
I would buy again and recommend to others.

Ok, they are expensive, but I have killed 3 pairs of quality brand boots in 2 years. I ended up re commissioning my 25 year old Lundhags so decided maybe time to get another somewhat nicer pair. In truth I would have preferred the Jaure 11 Mid LT but couldn’t find any so opted for the Jaure 11 mid. Yes they are a sophisticated “old school” boot that requires more care perhaps than some modern boots, but they took little breaking in, are comfortable, keep my feet warm and dry in our British mud plugging winter terrain. I have a very high instep and was worried the high start point for the laces would cause a problem, but once I got the right balance of socks and two stage tensioning on lacing they are fine. Had them a couple weeks now & probably done around 50 km in them. They are good to wear, have good traction even in slippy mud, have good foot protection even on the soles and personally I like the relatively high ankle support. I have only rated 4 stars rather than 5 because they are on the heavy side at 860gm/boot and because there are no lace lock hooks on the tongue to help variable tension lacing. Minor but important points for a sophisticated expensive boot. Having said that, if they last beyond 2 years as I am confident they will, they will prove to be an excellent investment.

It takes a while for the footwear to take shape on the foot. The only off-road / work footwear that holds water. Due to my work, I wear footwear for 10-12 hours daily. The number of steps is about 18,000-30,000 / day. The feet stay dry. I will no longer wear other footwear! I can recommend.
