Light and sturdy. Due to its lightness, the mono is cold in severe frosts.

Comfortable and precise shoe. Very good for hiking or on the track. Very easy and practical disengagement and engagement which allows you to use the walking mode as soon as there are a few steps to take. It's a great shoe, which is also light. We feel that the model has been well thought out with specific details. For example, a valve equips the two hooks of the upper to allow them to be opened without the notch jumping out, and the sole is hollowed out at the front to facilitate walking. Be careful, this last detail can however interfere with the adjustment on the ski bindings. I was able to see this because I used these boots on several pairs of skis equipped with different bindings and on the freerando binding, it was impossible to find the ideal setting because the hollow prevents the binding adjustment wedge from playing its role well. . We can also note that the threading and unthreading are not the easiest, but that's fine. One of the biggest negative points is that the slippers are not warm enough, and without heated soles this is not manageable as soon as the temperatures are below -5°C, which is however a classic condition of use. The problem is accentuated by the infiltration of snow inside the hull; to limit the phenomenon it is necessary to tape the top on each side of the hooks.
