I have only tried on the shoes to see how they fit.Not worn for proper road work yet.The only other thing I can say is that they are a perfect fit and very very comfortable.

On the other hand, the rollability of running on flat paths was not the same as expected from ordinary running shoes. They are well suited for speed hiking.
