I love the Plankpad ...much easier than just planking on the floor. Plus it gives me incentive as I pass it each day coming and going. I leave it out - so when I see it on the floor, I am more inclined to drop down and do 20-30 seconds (I am a beginner). I do this several to many times a day. I love the planner /schedule and am starting to do some of the other suggested moves. Hey, I am an (active) 75 year old woman with bad knees and a hip replacement so it may take me time to get up to speed. It also encourages me to get on my stationary bike because I feel more energetic, less stiff. The padding is comfortable enough so as not to hurt my arms and I think being a little higher off the floor (instead of flat on the floor) helps as well. I also stand on it for balance. I can feel my stomach getting more muscle after only 10 days. I would buy it again. Thanks! Judith Brooks, San Francisco, CA
