Strong taste, I do not recommend. It didn't taste right even when I was hungry. I don't know if it depends on the recipe or the preservation technique.

Both me and the family’s six-year-old liked the flavor. Good weight-energy ratio in heavy consumption, ie the stomach does not need to be fully packed.

The taste is quite harsh and everything tastes the same regardless of "taste". On the positive side, a lot of calories concentrated in a small number of grams (cf., for example, Turmat, which also tastes good).
