Product description

The MultiMat is probably the most versatile Exped mat. It serves as a summer sleeping mat, protective pad or tent rug, as well as for picnics, as a dog blanket or shade canopy. 

This mat is made of a 3mm thick, tough and recycled top fabric and a slip-reduction floor material. It is very lightweight and the two sewn elastic bands allow it to be rolled up quickly and compactly. 

The MultiMat works perfect as a moisture and insulative barrier on wet and cold ground. Snaps along the edges allow you to connect two or more MultiMats. 

Exped measures and fully offsets all global warming gases from manufacturing and shipping this product.

I bought this to use mainly as a ground sheet in my tent to protect the base of my sleeping pad and to give a basic level of comfort and insulation for my collies. It works perfectly and obviously has a number of other uses if required. It’s a very neat self contained quality product from Exped and we love it. The only downside is that it’s a little bulky - similar to having one of the older style carrymats attached to the outside of my rucksack which I don’t particularly like but a small price to pay for such a useful product.
