Works as expected, feels great and provides safety for open water swimming.

I purposely chose a slightly bigger buoy, so that I can definitely carry it if fatigue strikes. A high-quality buoy that you can really rely on when needed. I haven't transported goods yet, but I guess it's fine for that too. Lets water in from time to time, so the goods to be transported should be put separately in a waterproof bag.
