The belt seemed really good, but the M size belt had an unfortunate amount of adjustment. I sent it back and I'm waiting if there will ever be more of these in the adult size.

Pants size 34 and I took a medium belt. The belt adjustments are just halfway through. Works well as an accessory belt and holds the OWB pistol holster in place without any problems. There is little room for adjustment - you may want to consider a larger size and additional holes if you are going to carry a gun inside the belt. Due to the rigid belt and the construction of the buckle, it bottles at the buckle, which can interfere with the AIWB housing, for example.
